It doesn't rain much in Boise. Mostly in the Spring and then a few rare times through the year. Well I found this cute raincoat the other day and I couldn't resist. Most of her clothes are hand-me-downs from her cousin so it is rare I get to buy her much anyway. Well as luck would have it I bought this Sunday and today it is raining! We are all dressed up and ready to face the elements! I 
just love her little face.
